Jump Host - disable close on end and warning

Hi,
a few versions ago it was possible to disconnect a jump session without a warning or closing the child sessions, now we always get this message:


Let us disable this message and dont close all child sessions on disconnect.

sorry - but this message is insanely annoying and I expect a solution to be able to switch it off - asap please

Hello,

This feature as been completed internally and will be available starting from the version 2024.2.0.0 of RDM.

It's now an option you can set in (File -> Settings -> Types -> Sessions -> Remote Desktop (RDP)). The name of the feature is "Jump closing mode".

The dropdown choices:

  • Prompt (default behavior)
    • This will prompt a confirmation "Closing this session will close all jump point sessions. Do you want to continue?"
  • Always close
    • This will act as if you’ve pressed “yes”. It won’t prompt and will close the remote sessions
  • Never close
    • This will close the tab in the local RDM, but not close the remote sessions.
