When i try to make a backup i click on Log In, but automaticaly forward me to Create Account page, so i can't for anyway sign in:

Would it be possible for you to provide us with a screenshot of your File > Devolutions Account?

Also, which version of RDM are you on, and which type of Data Source are you using?
