Centralised Data Source
Hi I am using the free version of Remote Desktop Manager. I have setup about a number of server connections and have organised them within an appropriate folder structure. They all live under the default root folder of "Local Data Source". Now I work from home mostly on my desktop pc but occassionaly go to the office.
My question is - if I login to my devolutions account. Can the data source be accessible from my laptop i.e. if I login there is it available to use or do I need to export it and then import onto my laptop. I can do this but I would continually need to import/export as my account settings change etc.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this.
I understand that you're using a SQLite data source, which is the default type created when first starting RDM. The data is stored locally on your home workstation, even if connected to a Devolutions Account. You could, of course, configure cloud backups to move the data as you said, but it would not be shared.
My recommendation is to migrate your data to a Devolutions Hub Personal, which is a cloud data source tied to your Devolutions Account. This will allow you to switch workstations seamlessly without having to reimport the data every time a change is made.
