Since December, I have been testing RDM to manage my equipment. Despite considering it very good, I am having trouble connecting an SSH session to a Huawei OLT. RDM theoretically can connect, but no information appears in the terminal. I say "theoretically" because when establishing a Telnet session, the equipment informs my last access, which coincides with the attempt to connect via SSH.
I have no idea what I can adjust in the session. I've already tried "override terminal type" through xterm, but the field doesn't show me any selection, so I literally typed "xterm". I don't know if this is the correct way. I also tried the "keyboard" part, toggled X11 on and off. Anyway, I don't know what to do.

Hi,
I think you should try checking the option "Skip environment variables setup" in the "Advanced" tab. If it still does not work, the best to know what is going on is to enable logging (in the "Log" tab), set the verbose level to 2 and set a path for the log file so that you can find it and post it here.
As for the "Override terminal type", you used it correctly and it is a plausible fix for this problem.

Denis, perfect, I really solved it. I didn't imagine it could be the environment variable because in MobaXterm there's a similar option, but it never gave me trouble. There, I had issues with X11. I've been migrating everything I use from Moba to here. I really liked the application.
