Overdue & Upcoming Tasks

Is there anyway, to have Overdue & Upcoming Tasks go beyond six days? I created an initial task for a VM that I manage for application testing to be 60 days out and it will not show up on my dashboard. Anything outside of what seems to be a six-day window will not show up at all. I've attached a sample of ten tasks that can be seen in the attached image. I'm not looking to load RDM with allot of tasks however I would like to keep a few items per VM within RDM and not have to have that information outside of the application.
