Data Source types for Free version?

Data Source types for Free version?

Hi,
I'm setting up a new laptop and am wondering if there are any major differences between the SQLite data source and an Online source for the Free version. I found this page but I'm not sure which are available for the Free version and it there's any differences or more details other than what's mentioned in the props and cons section

I do need to be able to do an AD Sync to keep my connections updated in case that limits my options. Otherwise I don't know that I have any specific requirements.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this,

Advanced types of data sources would not be available with the Free version of RDM, you can find them here: https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/windows/data-sources/data-sources-types/advanced-data-sources/

That being said, there should not be any issues regarding this, regardless of which type of data source you choose to use. If you're planning to use multiple workstations for yourself I would recommend you use a Hub Personal data source which is cloud-based.
