select a network interface as a global option

Hi everyone,
I describe my situation, two network interfaces configured like this
lan card 1: ip 192.168.1.125 - 255.255.255.0 Gateway 192.168.1.1 (intranet/lan server)
lan card 2: ip 10.0.0.140 - 255.255.255.0 Gateway 10.0.0.1 (public/internet lan)
There should be the possibility of telling the "Remote Desktop Manager (RDM)" program which interface to use in order to function and connect remotely to the servers.

As far as know I have no idea how we could do that. Do you know any software that does that or any code snipped to give me a starting point?
