We recently installed Delinea Secret Server. I understand that RDM has a Secret Server Entry, but I cannot locate it.
Unfortunately, I'm relegated to using the Free version of RDM since my company won't pay for licensing, much less the Enterprise version. Is the Secret Server entry not available to the free version? Nothing online indicates such a restriction. If it is available, is there something I need to do to in order to see it?
Hello randy,
Thank you for contacting us on that matter.
Delinea Secret Server is a password manager.
As mentioned in the link below, you need a licensed version to integrate your password manager in RDM.

With the free version, you can still import your list of credentials in .csv with the import generic wizard in RDM.

I do have the licensed version of RDM and I am also unable to locate the "Secret Server" entry...
Is it an add-on? data source? session type?
Hello rick,
It's under the Credential Management tab -> Privileged Access Management.
In the meantime, could you tell me which version of RDM you are using?
Best regards,

Hello Rick,
Just forgot to mention that you need a Delinea license to use Secret server entries within RDM.

If you di not have this license, may I suggest contacting the Sales department at sales@devolutions.net?
Best regards,
