·       If possible, a screenshot of the problem
·       The data source you are utilizing and is version.
·       Do the issue appear if you are using another applications
·       Any additional information you believe might be relevant.

Once we have this information, we will be better equipped to diagnose and resolve the issue.

If you are using Windows, could you please attempt to recreate the issue in a portable installation?

Here are the steps.

1.     to follow: Download the .zip file from this link: https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/thankyou/rdmbin
2.     Create a new folder on your Desktop.
3.     Extract the contents of the .zip file into the folder you created in step #2.
4.     Navigate to this folder after extracting the .zip file and run "remotedesktopmanager.exe."
5.     Connect to your data source.

This test will help us determine whether the issue is related to your local installation of RDM.

I have now done some more testing

When not working the mouse is double the size but only on the remote desktop machine, if I move it to the RDP menus if it normal size.

I have 3 screens 1x4k and 2x2k, the 4k is set to 200% zoom and the 2k to 100% zoom. If I open RDM on the 4k screen it works, if I open it on the 2k screen it doesn't. If opened on the 4k and moved to the 2k also doesn't

If I set them all to 100% zoom it works on all screens.

If I change the 4k screen to 2k and have everything at 100% it works on all screens

If I change the mouse properties on the remote machine to Windows Inverted (system scheme) and have the Windows Default (system scheme) on my machines it works on all the above.

If I change the mouse properties on the remote machine to Windows Default (system scheme) and have Windows Inverted (system scheme) on my machines it doesn't works with first example.

If I change the mouse properties to Windows Inverted (system scheme) on both local and remote and it works everywhere.

The download suggested above does the same as the installed version.

also if I use windows remote desktop connection, it doesn't have the problem
