Keyboard automaticly

Hi. I want to configure the Remote Desktop Manager app so that when I click on a text field in RDP, the keyboard automatically appears.
Currently, to activate the keyboard, I must necessarily click on its icon.
Any ideas?

Hello,

At the moment, there is no option for that. However, it's a great idea, and we will create a ticket to see if it's feasible.

Hello,

We have analyzed your request. Unfortunately, the RDP protocol doesn't have a mechanism to achieve this, and creating our own would take more time and work than we can devote to the issue at this time.

We will keep this idea in our to-do list and consider implementing it at a later time.

Best regards,

Hello,

This functionality has been implemented and will be available in our next release 2026.1, scheduled for March.
In this version, an option will allow the keyboard to automatically appear when clicking on a text field in RDP (and VNC) sessions, and hide itself when clicking outside.

Best regards

Hello,

Thank you for being this patient!

If possible, could you update your RDM iOS to the latest version (2026.1.1.1)? This version includes the requested features.

Please let us know if this works or if you encounter any issues.

Best regards,

Maxim Robert
