Custom Installer Manager generating file
Hi,
I initiated a custom installer on Tuesday 12 Dec, it's 13 Dec now and it still has not generated any installer-package for me to download.
Anything I can do to get the installer generated quicker?

We're currently investigating, there seems to be an issue with some of our endpoints.
As a note, the online custom installer generation will be phased out in the coming weeks. We recommend instead using the new custom installer generation available starting with RDM 2023.2.22.0.

Thx for your reply. The problem is that this is the newest version of RDM that I can generate (2023.1.29.0). Or should I manually download the 2023.2.22.0 version and install it on a seperate device?

Yes, you would need to download version 2023.2.22.0 or more recent and generate your newer packages that way. With the new system, since the packaging is done locally rather than through our services, it avoids these kinds of availability issues.

Just letting you know, but the online custom installer service should be back in order. I still recommend going on version 2023.2.22.0 or newer to try out the new custom installer generation method which will support future versions as well.
