Enable logging for all ssh sessions

Hi everyone, maybe I'm overseeing something obvious. I want to enable logging of printable output for all ssh sessions. Or for all ssh sessions within a folder. (both would work fine for my requirements)

This is how I do it manually for one host. I'm working with variables so it creates a new file for every session.



This works fine.

Is it possible to set it up the same way for every host in a folder or globally so I don't have to configure it individually?
