Alerts in devices / folders

Maybe you could try out the task functionality to achieve this. In any entry, you should be able to configure tasks, which, when they're in progress, appear in your notifications in RDM if they are close to their due date. You also don't need to assign them to any particular entry, they can be standalone tasks.

Can you check if this would work well for what you're looking to accomplish?

What datasource type are you using? The feature is not available on all datasources due to the way tasks need to be stored. If you're using an XML datasource, I would recommend using an SQLite datasource instead, which does support the feature.

We use password hub business.

Thank you for the information. At the moment, tasks aren't supported on Hub Business, but we will open a ticket to add them.
