VNC not working in RDM

VNC not working in RDM

Hi,

I'm trying to put my VNC connections, which are perfectly working with VNC viewer 5.2 in RDM but somehow it's not working.

the screen keeps flickering while trying to connect.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello

I'm sorry to hear it's not working for you. I think to determine the reason, we need some extra information.

  • What is your RDM version (Help > About)?
  • How are you VNC session(s) configured?
    • Display - External / Embedded / Undocked?
    • VNC Application (FreeVNC / UltraVNC for embedded / undocked)?
    • How are you authenticating? i.e. do you have a VNC password configured, or are you trying to use system credentials?


Finally, what is(are) the VNC server(s) you're trying to connect to? e.g. RealVNC, UltraVNC, etc)

Please let me know if you have some questions or something isn't clear

Hi Richard,

When i use Display - External that works fine, but using it inside RDM that doesn't work.

Yes i have a VNC password configured
