Custom installers after version 2023.3.32.0

I see in the Release Notes for RDM V2023.3.32.0 “Removed online creation option for custom installers”.
How do we then make custom installers then?
if this is the thing that is going to be removed

Hello,
In v 2023.2.22 we added a feature to generate installer packages locally, it’s much better since it doesn’t require you to send us any information to generate the packages. That’s the main reason why we are deprecating that online service.
We are still working on a KB article, but it’s pretty easy to use. You simply have to specify a destination to save the package.
