Custom installers after version 2023.3.32.0

In v 2023.2.22 we added a feature to generate installer packages locally, it’s much better since it doesn’t require you to send us any information to generate the packages. That’s the main reason why we are deprecating that online service.

We are still working on a KB article, but it’s pretty easy to use. You simply have to specify a destination to save the package.

Where can I find that option to generate packages locally?

Please have a look at the screenshot below, this menu is found in Remote Desktop Manager - File - Devolutions Account.


By default the "Online creation" checkbox (#4) in versions above 2023.2.22+ is already unchecked so new packages you generate should already be stored locally.
