Hide Shutdown/Restart Computer and Who Is from menu

It supposed to be listed in File->Options Type Availability but it's not



I know why and I will fix it. This use to be an add-on so it was possible to make optional but now it's built-in.

Hi, I still can't see the option to hide this from the menu? Running version 2024.1.17 Datasource: Azure SQL. WIndows 11 23H2.
