Could you provide me some additional details on what you're looking to achieve?

It's possible to create a "Shortcut" of an entry inside its vault, but from my understanding, this is not possible between vaults. If that is what you're looking for, you can do so by performing a "Right-click" -> "Edit" -> "Create Shortcut".
