User specific settings pass through not working

Using a not domain joined computer we cannot pass user specific settings when the application has just been launched.

Once we open the user specific setting windows and closes it again (on one connection entry) it works again for all connection entries.

Client: 2023.3.24.0 64-bit
Server: 2023.3.6 or 2023.3.7 (both affected)

This was fixed in version 2023.3.25.0 of RDM. Could you try to upgrade to the latest version and see if the issue is still present on your side?
