Integration of SecureCRT

Is there some documentation available about SecureCRT integration?
I installed the add-on and did some testing, but it's not working to my expectation so far.

My main concern so far, is that the password is pushed in the command line, and anybody with access to the task manager can see the password in the command line.
Did I missed something in the configuration or is this normal behaviour?

So far what I did is used SecureCRT installed locally with a config folder shared on the network.
Is there a way to have default session configuration in session file, and use the hostname/IP in the RDM configuration instead of the session file?

Any documentation or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello,

RDM does use the command line to pass credentials as parameters. As far as we know, it's the only method we must transmit credentials to SecureCRT.

If you can find a way to store credentials within the session file, it might be possible to omit using a username and password in RDM and simply point directly to the session file.

If you find a functional solution that uses the command line, then we should be able to implement a similar approach on our end.

Best regards
