Bug(?): User Specific Settings: Short-Term forgotten / gone (since 2023.3.24.0 64-bit)

Hi,

since we updated to 2023.3.24.0 64-bit, RDM forgets the user specific settings for the 1st time.

Example:
Connection to session (RDP/Web) -> pasting credentials: Pop-Up says, that there are no credentials
-> Edit -> User Specific Settings -> Cancel
-> Connection to session (RDP/Web) -> pasting credentials: All fine, it works

This does not happen consequently, but from time to time.
I had this issue, when i was in offline mode, but as far as I know, it happend to my colleagues also in online mode.

Best regards,
Daniel

Hi

We have the same behaviour after upgrading to 2023.3.24.0 (RDM and DPS).

Opening and closing user specific settings helps for the moment. but in some cases you have to do the same process on the next day again...

best regards
Mike

Hello,

Could you both confirm if you're setting your specific settings credentials to "Linked (User Vault)"?

If that's the case, we have a fix for this issue coming in version 2023.3.25.0.
