Limit whats shown with "My Account Settings"

We only use Secret Server and nothing else whats shown here:

How can I remove everything not used by our company?

Hello David,

Thanks a lot - whatever you do, please use a GPO so I can control it centrally! :)

And please include everything in the "Settings" section.
