Switched to Microsoft AAD authentication recently

Is the on prem AD group synchronized on AzureAD?

If so, then you can set it in the Automatic user creation section of the Microsoft Authentication settings page.



If that group isn't synchronized on your AzureAD, then creating a new group on Azure would be a solution.

Thank you, we recently updated to the latest version of devo server and ever since this option is permently checked on and cannot be checked off. Why is that? It didn't turn on after initially changing to AAD authentication

That setting only applies to domain authentication. You would need to enable domain authentication, turn off the setting, and then turn off domain authentication, and save your configuration.
