Hub version mismatch

avatar

I had some weird issues today when trying to reconnect to a VM (an exception that said something about a token mismatch I think) so I restarted the application. Now I get an error, "The Hub version (0.0) and Remote Desktop Manager version (2023.3) are mismatched. Your datasource is in read-only mode." There's no information how to resolve this provided.

I can open my old Devolutions Online Drive data source, but I'm sure I've made changes since then. How do I recover from this?

When the authentication portal and the HUB are back up and running, I will make a backup of the information and to save it locally I have an urgent need to access some applications and I can't. The whole system is based on the cloud and leaves no local cache, this is very bad.

Hello,

We had an issue this morning with the authentication process on our portal as well as on Devolutions Hub Business and Devolutions Hub Personal.

The information of the issue could be consulted here on our status page https://status.devolutions.info/
I recommend subscribing on this page as well at the same time.

This explain why you had difficulties to login a few hours ago.

Sorry for the issue and sorry for the late reply on this thread.

Best regards,

Jeff Dagenais

I am having this issue today (it was fine yesterday). Is there another issue with the authentication process or is there another fix for the error message "The Hub version (0.0) and Remote Desktop Manager version (2023.3) are mismatched. Your datasource is in read-only mode." ?

Resolved with version update
