RDM updated today and can't find my vault

RDM updated today and can't find my vault

RDM updated today and after restarting it is telling me to visit Hub Personal to initialize my vault. I say ok, the hub site pops up tells me it successfully logs in and pops up the same message to visit Hub Personal website to initialize my vault , OR sometimes it sends me to web page "We detected a forgot password operation" but then never send me a code or anyway to get a security code to reset the password. WTF? I can log into my portal and the forum just fine, what the heck happen to RDM and how do I get connected to my vault again so I can work?

If you go on https://hub.devolutions.com , are you able to login and get access to your data saved inside HUB Personal?

Last night it kept looping me around back to "We detected a forgot password operation" even though I did not initiate a "forgot password". If I went to https://hub.devolutions.com, it would open the account portal but not the vault. This morning after a full reboot and not being at my computer for the night, I was able to get to https://hub.devolutions.com and log in. At which point I could update the hub link and the rest of RDM. I am back in at this point and have reset the recovery code to make sure I have a fresh one on hand. Thanks for the fast response. Last night was a bit on the frustrating side. Amazing what a little time away from the keyboard will do.
