Documentation not displaying

I just upgraded my RDM Mac to 2023.3.7.0 (and my Windows versions to 2023.3.22.0 respectively), made sure my MSSQL database was upgraded and was able to access my repository. On the Mac version of RDM, when I go to a documentation tab on an entry, any documentation I have added doesn't display and instead I see the "Welcome to the documentation section." placeholder. If I try to edit/add documentation, and hit save, it flickers quickly and brings me back to the placeholder page.

On Windows, the documentation is actually there and displays correctly, and even the pages I've added via the Mac version shows up like it should, even though they don't seem to exist in the Mac client. History for the documentation is also not displayed in the Mac client.
