Action Icons next to fields being added each time editing company and contact entry

Hi, is everyone well?
I just updated to last version 2023.3.22.0 64-bit and i noticed that everytime i edit a entry, the icons nex to location, e-mail, skype and website are being added with another action button. Effect is cumulative with each subsequent edit to any entry.

It happens each time i click to edit the entry, even if u didn't update it (cancel) when u click to see properties again, it'l add one more icon to each field.

It happens on the company and contact type and i believe on another ones that had same type of buttons.
