Problem with hub personal and RDM Windows 2023.3.20.0

@Nicolas In my case I don't run RDM Android but my RDM Windows version is already at 2023.3.20.0.

As well as the 403 (User already migrated) error, I also get the following status 422 error (The HTTP status code of the response was not expected) when editing a connection:

I've worked out the issue. I use an external app (called Touch Portal) that calls "macros" on my desktop to directly open RDM sessions. Because the data source has been updated it has a new ID so when I was opening up my sessions using the app it was defaulting to the original data source and coming up with the errors.

I still have this issue. Every time i connect to a server i got this error:

I was getting same error with 2023 version. I just upgraded to 2024.2.12.0 and same results.

@eegea,

I suspect that you are on our old platform of HUB Personal. Could you follow the steps in this article to be sure that you are migrated properly
