Few Keys randomly dont work, just switch the windows and return back then everything is fine this is after upgrade to [2023.2.32.0 64-bit] on windows

Few Keys randomly dont work randomly then i will just switch to different session or window and return back, things become normal.

This is happening frequently , tried to reset, clean up temp files, uninstalled and reinstalled same version.
Looked into forum, Final option was to move back to older version, so seeking out help here.
