Frozen RDM when Connection Forcibly Closed by Remote Host

I have had multiple times where RDM will just totally freeze up. I finally grabbed a screen shot of the error. I am on Windows 11 with the RDM 2023.2.33.0 64-bit

At the time, I was SSH to two linux machines and apple remote desktop

Happened again just now when I rebooted my router and wifi went down. Could not click on Details and eventually RDM just crashed and I have to relaunch

Now I rebooted the same device via ssh and it froze the whole RDM. no error. Device in question is an Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB. Should be (close to) up to date.

Hello atclaus,

Thank you for contacting us on that matter.

Could you update your RDM to the latest version (2023.3.20.0) and try again?

Best regards,

Hello atclaus,

Could you send us the Verbose logs for Level 2?
This is an article that shows how to provide it:
https://docs.devolutions.net/kb/remote-desktop-manager/how-to-articles/send-ssh-logs-verbose/

Best regards,

Hello atclaus,

It seems that this is a known issue.
I sent this case to the development department.

I will do a follow-up on this forum when we will have a fix version.

Best regards,

Patrick Ouimet

Thanks. Do you still need logs? I was away from the computer in question yesterday.

Hello,

Thank you for this swift reply.

Since we reproduce this issue on our side, I don't think the verbose log will be necessary.
Best regards,
