RDM fully crashes when selecting fullscreen mode of a Raritan KVM connection. This happens consistently from a docked or undocked tab.

InvalidOperationException - Detach must be called in the same thread as Attach.

Hello,

I can not seem to find this entry type in RDM version 2023.3.20.0.

If the session entry type is truly called "Raritan KVM" it is possible it is no longer supported in RDM.

Sorry for the confusion, the connection to the KVM is a browser connection. Configured using Chrome, the browser session will repeatedly crash when attempting to fullscreen the session. Changing the session to Edge seems to result in no crash, but no successful execution of fullscreen.

Hello,

Thank you for clarifying this for me.

Would it be possible to see if this issue is reproduced in the latest version of RDM ?

If you're using an advanced data source (Such as SQL Server or Azure SQL) a database upgrade will be required.

If you're using a Devolutions Server as your data source, an update for the Devolutions Server will equally be required on top of an RDM update in order for them to both be compatible.

Otherwise you should just be able to update RDM with no issues. I would still however suggest backing up your entries with an export before updating, just in case.

This is perhaps the very first time that updating software to the current version fixed my issue! I can confirm that fullscreen now works from my data source as originally described, running on 2023.3.20.0 64-bit.
