Hi wangjasonsz,

Thank you for contacting us about this matter.

Could you please let us know which version of RDM you are currently using and what type of data sources you are working with? I have attempted to recreate the issue you are experiencing on the latest version (Beta) and have found that the line break is actually supported.

If you are not currently using the latest version, we recommend updating your RDM and trying again to see if the issue persists.

Best regards,

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!

In that case, would it be possible for you to create a portable installation of the latest version of RDM and see if this issue still occurs? To do so, you will need to do the following:

(Close RDM)

1- Download the .zip file below:
https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/thankyou/rdmbin
2- Create a new folder on your Desktop
3- Extract the content of the .zip file into the folder created at #2
4- Go to this folder once the .zip file has been extracted and run remotedesktopmanager.exe
5- Connect to your data source

This test will allow us to rule out your local installation of RDM as a possible cause for this issue.
Please note that if you are using an Advanced Data Source, I would recommend skipping step #5 and using the default data source created by the portable installation of RDM instead.

Hi

I tested new version, still same. But I found this is relate that text file. I generate that text file in linux system, I opened with windows notepad. I will get this problem. The file created in windows system looks fine. Is any chance can fix this? I can send you a copy of test file if you need.

Hello Jason,

Thank you for your feedback.

As this issue is unrelated to RDM, I will mark this forum as resolved.

Hello Jason,

I am curious to see if there is any abnormality in the file you generate on Linux.
I will contact you via private message and provide you with a secure link that can be used to send us your file.
