Favourites missing
Hi
From time to time some random user report that alle there favourites are missing, everything else is fine.
This may happen when their computer blue screens.
Is there a way to get them back?
Where are they stored and can that location be changed?

favorites are stored within the local AppData directory at "devolution / Remote desktop manager," with each data source having
a corresponding folder containing a file named "favorite.xml."
Regarding the blue screen issue, we will conduct a more in-depth investigation to ascertain if it is linked to the deletion of these files. Could you
kindly provide the error message associated with the blue screen?
