Windows credential passthrough for ssh

I am trying to see if there is a way to setup local Windows credential passthrough to ssh like putty does when a Linux server is connected to AD with realm? I am using a single user setup and SQL lite datasource since I am not trying to share credentials with anyone else.

Could you let us know what settings in PuTTY you need to enable this? This would let us know whether we can support this already or not.
