Online Backup - I am not able to sign in
Hello, I would like to set up an online backup to a DVLS account in RDM, but whenever I want to log in (click on Sign in) I get the option to create an account. Please advise where I have what wrong setup. Thank you.

Hello,
Unfortunately, it is impossible to create an online backup for DVLS.
And to stop rdm asking to create a new account could you please make sure the email address you are using doesn’t have any typos and is linked to a devolution account?
