Window Position not remembered

I just found a 9 years old post about this issue, but with 2023.2.23.0 I have the same issue.
I move RDM to the right top corner to make Windows fit it in that corner. Then I take the left bottom edge and adjust the window to the size I want. Then I close RDM and open it a few seconds later and the window position is nearly the same, but not exactly. The window is no longer aligned to the top and right edge, it flows in the upper right corner with some space to the edge.
Please fix this as this is really annoying for me and I have to adjust the windows size every day...

when I read now what I found while I wrote the ticket, it has nothing to do with the problem I have. In this post they are talking about minimizing and closing RDM which is not my case. Not sure why - maybe it was too late when I created the post...
My problem is when I close RDM and open it again, the window size and position is not the same as where I closed it. Between closing and reopening RDM are just a few seconds. No reboot or logoff is needed to reproduce the issue.

I found that I can make RDM stay in the same position when closing and reopening it by manually resizing the page, instead of using snap layout. I will check with our developer to see if this issue is a known bug.

that is exactly my problem! I use the snap layout first (and resize it then to the size I want), but this way the position is not remembered correctly.

It's essential not to use the snap layout at all when resizing the page.
I have informed the developer about this issue, and I will keep you updated on any progress.
