Using the Cyberark platform with PSM server brokering the connection. When the RDP session times out and goes back to the login screen, the password to unlock is unknown. Utilizing the 'reconnect' feature on the session, I get an error on the PSM (attached). This causes the user to have to close out the session tab and open a new session. Is there a way to configure this properly?

Hello,
Unfortunately, we are not supporting this feature yet. When the session expires, and you try to reconnect, RDM will try to use the same GUID to find the session information. The problem is that the GUID can only be used once and will become invalid after.
I will move your thread to the feature request, and I will open an internal case for this.
Best regards,
Hello,
We have recently implemented a feature which I believe could be of help to you.
There is the possibility to do a "full reconnect" since the beta 2023.3.12.0 of RDM.
If you wish to wait for a stable release, as long as there are no hiccups, it should be available sometime next week.
To use the "full reconnect" feature, all you need to do is to hold the "Ctrl" key while you press the "reconnect" button. You can refer to this thread which had a similar issue as you do for more information : https://forum.devolutions.net/topics/39803/refresh-delinea-password-at-every-reconnection
Please do let us know whether this feature works for you or not.
Best Regards,
