RDM Hashicorp with OIDC (ADFS)

Hi,

we are currently evaluating the Hashicorp Vault integration for RDM. While creating a new Hashicorp Vault object you have to define an authentication method:

But there is not the option to choose a SSO IdP like OIDC. How am I supposed to login if our enterprise Hashicorp Vault only offers SSO over OIDC?
Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

Hello,

I'm currently uncertain if it's possible to log into HashiCorp using SSO via OIDC. I will consult with our developer to get clarity on this matter. Thank you for your patience.

Best regards,

Carl Marien

Thank you, appreciate it!

Hello,

Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no capability to integrate Hashicorp with SSO like OIDC.

I have moved your question to the feature request forum so the developer could review and consider it.

Best regards.

Okay, but thank you anyway!
Would be great to see this feature in an upcoming changelog.

Hello,

The library we're using supports OIDC login, so we'll be able to integrate it into RDM.

We'll open an improvement ticket and notify you of any progress.

Hello,

We haven't had time to work on this yet, since we were at the end of our release cycle.

I can't give you an estimate of when we'll be able to implement it, but we'll keep you updated on any progress.

Hello
I see latest email about this is form 2 years ago.
Is there any progress with Hashicorp OIDC integration?
We are evaluating the product and our Hashicorp vault only uses Okta for user authentication so we can't plug it to RDM right now

Thank you!
