'Close' on Sophos Connect doesn't disconnect the connection

Is there an option that Remote Desktop Manger doesn't close the cmd, that it is possible to see the command and result?

Please forgive the delay, I'm currently unable to reproduce the issue.

Perhaps try editing the Events section under the "After Close" tab, select "Command Line" and write: "taskkill /IM ProgramName.exe".

I believe adding this command line in the Events will allow you to close the application properly.

editing the "After Close" doesn't solve the problem. The problem is that i can't disconnect the vpn connection that i established with Remote Desktop Manager.

According to our developers, the way the connection is closed from RDM is with the following:

"What we do in RDM is call CMD, with the command sccli disable with the --name parameter with the configuration name"

Can you confirm if this command line works outside of RDM ?

with the CMD and scli disable --name it only works if i use quotes around my configuration name.

In RDM my vpn have spaces in its name. For me it looks like that RDM doesn't place the configuration name in quotes.

We've added quotes to enclose the configuration name when attempting to close a Sophos Connect connection with RDM. This should be available for the next 2023 version. Please let us know if this fixes your problem.
