Move account history when needing to change username

We have changed our domain so my email address has changed. My account is tied to my email address. When talking to support, they said I needed to create a new sign with the new email address. I did as they instructed and I am able to log in using the new email address but all of my history is under the old email address. All support could say is they are sorry.

Why would this be so hard to fix? please add this as a feature request so long term customers can still keep the history should a domain or email address be changed.

Hello,

Does your user have the same SID? If that is the case, renaming the account in RDM should do the trick, by using the "rename login" button.

Otherwise, there is also an "undocumented feature", in the user management window, you can select the user you want to edit, and press Ctrl+Shift and click the "edit" button. This will also allow you to rename the user.

Maybe this can work for you? Otherwise, could you give us more information on your environment?
