RDP Keep Alive no effect?
Hello,
for some reason, keep alive seems to have no effect, the machine goes to login screen after a while.
Maybe important: the connection is done over a jump host, does that maybe impact the functionality?

Could you please provide me with your RDM version number ?
I'm not certain whether the keep alive function would be affected due to a jump host. Could you tell me how your jump is configured ?
