Link to entries in documentation

Hi, I'm currently migrating our documentation from DevOps to Devolutions. In the process I've had multiple occasions where we refer to logins or other entries. Could it be done in such a way where you could link directly to an entry via a hyperlink in the documentation?
E.g.:<a href="Root/my/special/entry/jakob1" target="_blank">
If this is already possible, please do let me know how! :)
