Default Program to open file (FTP/SFTP)
Hi there, is it possible to change the default application to open files on SFTP or FTP? I want to associate all files with no files extension to open with VSCode. I was unable to find any documentation on how to do this.

Hi,
There is no way to do this from Remote Desktop Manager itself, but we use standard methods to open the file, which means that it should uses whatever is configured in your macOS.
You can use either of the solution described in the two most upvoted response to the following post: https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/123833/replace-text-edit-as-the-default-text-editor/123834#123834
Just know that, in my case, I had to register public.data, not just public.plain-text, to com.microsoft.VSCode for it to work with text file with no extensions.
