Add-on > Shutdown/restart in Tool content area

Hi, in older version i can add add-on like remote shutdown to content area (tool panel). In last version i dont know how to do it. I use only from right click menu. Any idea how add fast choice back.

I think I've found a bug. Let me know if you already have the add-on installed and it still does not appear.

i wrote that in right click menu is all ok, so addon is enabled, but I couldn't find any way to get it on speed choice.

others add-ons will not appear either
