there, we are using your softwarte on our Android scanners,

 

is there any way to easily make touchscreen a default at rdp connection?

We can’t find any setting in the settings like that, only the toggle if you are
already connected.

 

Since we hand our scanners to our people in the Warehouse, they need to be able to
use it without changing any settings.

 

We are looking forward for your support!

toggle the touchscreen by default.

We actually do have that option, although it can be hard to find with how many settings the app has

If you go to Settings > User Interface and look in the Sessions section, you should find "Use touchpad mode by default"

Please tell me if this resolves your issue.
