Is there a maximum amount of buffer that can be pasted into SSH?

As per title it seems like my pasting capability (right click into ssh terminal) are limited to something like 1046 characters.
Am I doing anything wrong or can this be customized/extended?

Hello bellocarico,

Thank you for contacting us on that matter.
Could you tell me if you have the same issue outside of RDM with another program like Putty?
I test it on my side, and I can paste up to 10,000 words.
I want to know if this issue is related to RDM or the Server.
