This is strange, would it be possible for you to create a portable installation of the latest version of RDM and see if this issue still occurs? To do so, you will need to do the following:
1- Download the .zip file below:
https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/thankyou/rdmbin
2- Create a new folder on your Desktop
3- Extract the content of the .zip file into the folder created at #2
4- Go to this folder once the .zip file has been extracted and run remotedesktopmanager.exe
5- Connect to your data source

it worked perfectly.
After starting RDM from the task bar icon, the problem was back.
I replaced the exe in the install path after rename the old exe to .old. Same problem.

Now i renamed the folder in "C:\Program Files\Devolutions" to .old
Then i moved the folder vrom the Desktop to that path, renamed it to "Remote Desktop Manager" and tried again...... Same problem!

You mentioned you were using OS Build 22621.2215 which is in fact in a preview build.
The issue may very well be due to your Windows version:
There are a few clients currently with (different) RDM issues on this Windows 11 build. It would be very difficult to investigate an issue that is happening on a preview build.
Is there anyway you can revert to the previous build from August 8th ?
If you find it is happening in a regular Windows build as well please let us know.
