Pleasant Password Server - SAML SSO Authentication

Hello,

I have a client asking for SAML SSO Authentication with Pleasant Password Server.

They mentioned that when they enforce the SSO login method in Pleasant Password Server (PPS), the login for PPS doesn't work in RDM, but it works when you allow the direct login option in PPS:
 


The "Allow Exception For Direct Sign-In" option makes it so that you can login with your regular credentials rather than your SSO.
 
This made the client doubt that RDM is truly logging in with Azure SSO, and we established in the client's ticket with the help of our engineers that this very well may not be supported.
