RDM unable to retrieve OTP for DVLS PAM privelleged account

Hello,

For a RDM website connection configured to use a DVLS privelleged account as the credential, the options to view or copy One-Time Password do not work. The error message is 'The key is either empty or contains invalid characters'

Viewing the OTP of the PAM privelleged account via the DVLS web gui does work, so it appears to be a bug with RDM.

Pls let me know if additional info is required
