Set PRTSCN key (& variations) to work on Local machine not Remote session

I use hotkey shortcuts for the PRTSCN key to trigger screenshots on my machine, using a 3rd party utility, specifically these combinations:

• CTRL + PRTSCN
• ALT + PRTSCN
• SHIFT + PRTSCN
• CTRL + SHIFT + PRTSCN

This works correctly when I can have the current focus OFF of the RDM / session window.

However, when the RDM / session window is IN focus, the hotkey combinations are not triggering on my local machine.
(I am assuming they are trying to trigger on the remote session, where they are not set up / in use.)
In order to get the screenshot, I have to click out of RDM in order to for these hotkeys to work.

Is there a way to set RDM to ignore PRTSCN forwarding / for these specific hotkey combinations, and instead execute these keys on the local computer every time?

(I have already tried changing the Windows Key Action on the session between Local & Remote, as well as looked through Options > Keyboard shortcuts, with no luck so far.)
