This is the usual question we ask. As a developer, I can't do any integration if I can find an SDK or some command line parameters. Unfortunately most VPN executable and documentation are gated. From my experience, IT people are good at finding way of integrating those tools with script. You could ask, why we don't do ourself the search? The answer is simple, it's just nearly impossible to investigate all the suggested products.
